|
Olivier Cauquil is responsible for Material and Parts Procurement at Airbus. As such, he deals with metallic and composite materials, along with standard and detail parts for all Airbus programmes. He manages teams located in the four main Airbus countries. His main challenge is to structurally adapt the supply chain to properly cope with the upcoming production ramp-ups.
He also chairs the Airbus Group Material Board that ensures sourcing and contracting on behalf of the whole group for materials and standard parts, taking benefit of consolidated volumes from all BUs . In 2010 he became Head of Procurement Strategy and Business Operations at Airbus SAS.

Rahul Shah joined AAR in 1991 as a Development Engineer for AAR Engine Component Services in New York and Connecticut. He then rose to the rank of Program Manager, with responsibilities for sales and marketing activities of the company's engine component repair business. Shah became Vice President for Sales and Marketing for AAR's Asia Pacific Region in 2002, and the business grew seven-fold under his leadership. Mr. Shah has now focused his attention on growing AAR's presence in Africa, India and the Middle East. Currently, as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Mr. Shah manages operations, sales and marketing efforts in the region.
Shah is an accomplished executive leader with extensive expertise in startup operation and managing businesses,strategic planning and process improvement, combined with business development leadership in the global aviation, aerospace and defense, combine further with advaneed business acumen with strong engineering education.

Peter is an executive Procurement and Supply Chain professional with over 30 years experience in strategic and operational roles within the Aerospace and Defence and Securities sectors.
Through his career Peter has championed and directed strategic leadership, supply chain management, and relationships to benchmark standards at BAE Systems, Martin-Baker Aircraft and Leyland Vehicles in the automotive industry.
From 2007 to 2012 Peter was also the Chairman of the Aerospace and Defence 21st Century Supply Chains programme (SC21). In 2012 Peter established his own company providing consultancy and Interim Leadership.

Following an Engineering Degree at Ecole Centrale, Raphael Duflos started his career in 1989 as Design Engineer at Aerospatiale Missile, then as cooperation contract negotiator. In 1995, he joined Airbus in various programme roles around cost sharing negotiations between partners. Following the launch of the A380, he moved to EADS HQ in Munich, as Senior Manager Sourcing Strategy. In June 2004 he was appointed EADS Socata CPO, and three years later moved to Astrium for implementing innovative Supply Chain Solutions in the space industry. He finally joined Aerolia Executive Committee, as VP Procurement and Quality Supply Chain of Aerolia, from its creation in 2009.

Jeffery Johnson was appointed president of Boeing Middle East in March 2011. He is responsible for Boeing's growth and productivity objectives and initiatives across the Middle East region, working closely with Boeing Saudi Arabia president Ahmed Jazzar. Johnson leads company-wide activities including government affairs and the development and implementation of the Boeing Middle East strategy, focused on new business and industrial partnership opportunities, corporate citizenship projects, expanding the Boeing presence and strengthening company relationships with customers and other stakeholders. He also pursues opportunities to leverage intellectual, industrial and financial capabilities that exist across the region. Johnson, who is based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, reports to Shep Hill, president of Boeing International and senior vice president of Business Development and Strategy. Prior to his appointment, Johnson was senior director of Global Strike Business Development for Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) from November 2009. In this assignment, he managed all Sales, Marketing and Business Development activities for the Global Strike portfolio including: F/A-18, F-15, F-22, AH-64 and AH-6. He previously served in other leadership positions within BDS Business Development as senior director for the Middle East and Africa region, and Director for the Americas & Africa region. In this capacity he led key sales campaigns to Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Canada and Chile, and significantly increased market presence in the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Johnson joined the core BDS Business Development staff in 2000 as senior manager for Mediterranean Business Development. In this function, he led Sales and Business Development activities in Greece, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, and executed major sales campaigns for Apache, 767 Tanker, C-130 AMP, JDAM, and Harpoon. He joined the company in 1982 and has served as Business Development Manager for Weapons Programs, Advanced Development Manager for Harpoon/SLAM Program, and Harpoon Program Manager for Australia. Prior to those assignments, he worked in Design Engineering, Electronics Design and Manufacturing, System Engineering, Flight Test Engineering, and Program Management. Johnson has Business Development experience in more than 40 countries with demonstrated expertise in nurturing excellent customer relations around the world. His combined expertise in Business Development and Systems Engineering has provided the necessary background to introduce three major product developments to the market, and pioneer Strategic Teaming Agreements with Global industry around the world. His expertise includes Weapons Integration on 15 different aircraft types, ships, and submarines. He received a Patent in 1996, with a licensing agreement in 1998. Johnson holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University (cum laude), and an Executive Master International Business degree from St. Louis University. Jeffery received the General Motors scholarship while attending Iowa State and has previous work experience at GM in Detroit, and Rockwell Collins in Iowa. He also earned the prestigious Eagle Scout Award and has remained active in community service programs.

Graduated from aeronautic engineering, Frederic Barthe started his career in 1994 at automotive tier one safety leader Autoliv. He held various industrial positions until 2004 among which Operations Director for French & Tunisian plants. He joined Airbus in 2004, where he managed Machining & Assembly manufacturing units. When Aerolia was created in 2009, he was appointed Lean Director, in charge of group transformation projects. In 2011, he moved to Abu Dhabi to monitor a programme of industrial transfer services, designed for supporting the set up of a new aerostructure plant in UAE. He was appointed Aerolia Services Director at the end of 2013, in charge of developing a worldwide portfolio of high added value aerospace services.

Vincent Mohni is the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Tawazun Precision Industries (TPI).Additionally, he is responsible for the companylarge scale strategic project management. Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Mohni served as a Senior Operation Manager and was in charge ofthe operational management of the company’s different business units.
Mr. Mohni joined TPI in 2008 and was a member of the team thatcontributed, by his technical and industrial expertise,to the company development. Heplayed later on a prominent role in theaerospace manufacturing capabilities establishment.
Previously,Mr. Mohniworked several years for different leading technological group in Switzerland where he developed his strong industrial background. Mr. Mohni is a graduate of the technical college of St-Imier (Switzerland) with a focus in electrical engineering.

Rishi Grover is Vice President, Supply Management, for the Aircraft Systems segment of UTC Aerospace Systems. He served most recently as Vice President, Operations Strategy & Cost Management for Aircraft Systems.
Grover is responsible for end-to-end supply chain activities for aircraft systems, and for ensuring successful achievement of strategic and tactical supply chain initiatives. He will also maintain his current responsibility for identifying and implementing supply chain cost reduction initiatives, and managing regional offices. Grover has held roles of increasing responsibility in UTC Power, Hamilton Sundstrand and UTC Aerospace Systems since joining the company in 2002.
Grover holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hartford, a master’s degree in systems management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics from the National Institute of Technology, Surat, in India.

Jay Campbell is the Managing Director, BCA International Business Development, and reports to the Finance and Strategy leadership team. Jay is responsible for leading a team focused on ensuring that BCA is effectively and efficiently supporting profitable growth opportunities in international markets by leveraging engagement and Boeing presence. These responsibilities include managing fulfillment of over $7 billion in outstanding commitments, shaping strategic work placement in ways that support near-term and future sales opportunities, and advancing new partnerships, alliances and initiatives that position the company to enhance growth and productivity.
Prior to this assignment, Jay spent seven years on the 787 development program in supplier management operations and engineering, where he led teams focused on managing key international supplier partners, including Alenia, Vought, and KHI. Earlier Boeing assignments have included Corporate Audit, Investor Relations, 757 Operations, Fabrication Division manufacturing, and Lean consultant. Before joining The Boeing Company, he spent 9 years in various engineering and international project leadership positions with Rockwell, General Motors, and United Technologies.
A graduate of Wayne State University (Detroit, MI) in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, Campbell also graduated from the Alfred P. Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1998, receiving a master's degree in management, while writing a graduate thesis with the Lean Aerospace Initiative. Campbell is married and lives in Seattle Washington.
